AlphaRex designs and manufactures aftermarket performance lighting from Baldwin Park, California, and says it was established in June 2018 and launched in February 2019 with five headlight applications for trucks. Its NOVA-Series headlights are built around a patented Ice Cube 3D projector and full-LED technology; the company says it designs its lights from scratch, patents each component and holds to SAE and DOT regulations, with ISO-9000, ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and ISO 17949 certification behind the factory. AlphaRex lighting is chosen by vehicle — titles and fitment lists name the years, model and body a housing is cut for, and several kits also need a wiring converter or decoder, so check both against your truck before ordering. AlphaRex warrants the products it manufactures for two years from the date of purchase against defects in design and manufacturing, and handles claims directly: the original owner shows proof of purchase and photographs of the defect, obtains a Return Authorization and RMA number from AlphaRex Customer Service at 888-924-5888 or support@alpharexusa.com, and returns the part in its original packaging box.
