2. When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, weekends, or holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
3. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped.
4. Can I return an item?
Most new and unused products may be eligible for return within our return policy guidelines.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

5. Can I return an installed or used product?
Generally, products that have been installed, used, damaged, or returned with missing hardware or packaging are not eligible for refund.
Return eligibility may also depend on manufacturer policies.
6. Do your products come with a warranty?

While many products are available for immediate shipment, some items may be special order, manufacturer-direct, or temporarily backordered.

9. Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes.
Some orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations or manufacturers and could arrive separately.
