Energy Suspension is the automotive brand of Bunker Corporation and works out of 1131 Via Callejon in San Clemente, California, where it specializes in one material: performance polyurethane. Bunker formulates the blend it calls Hyper-Flex, and Energy manufactures in-house from research and development through chemical formulation, molding and final packaging, so the compound and the part are engineered together rather than copied from the rubber piece they replace. The catalog is built around the joints that wear: control arm, sway bar, leaf spring and shackle, body and cab mount, radius arm, strut rod, steering rack, torsion bar and shock bushings, sold individually and as Hyper-Flex master sets that cover a chassis front to rear. Alongside them are performance motor and transmission mounts, motor and transmission mount inserts, shifter bushings, frame and strut bump stops, sway bar end links, coil spring isolators, ball joint and tie rod dust boots, greaseable sway bar bushings with zerk fittings, and Formula 5 prelube for installation. Coverage runs from classic domestics through current imports and continues into UTV, motorcycle and commercial applications. Most parts are offered in both red and black.
