Walbro

Walbro automotive fuel pumps have carried the TI Automotive Aftermarket brand name since 2014 — the same plant building the same product. They are made in Caro, Michigan, where electric fuel pump production started in 1983 and now runs across five fuel pump assembly lines and fourteen module assembly lines, with no third-party contract manufacturing and no outside sourcing. Pumps are validated in an on-site NEMA Class 1 Div 1 fuel laboratory against more than fifty fuel blends.

Flow figures are quoted at 40 PSI and 13.5 V per industry practice, and maximum system pressure on the in-tank pumps runs 87–112 PSI.
