Belltech Street Performance OEM Shock for 1985-2011 Chevrolet Astro/GMC Safari/Ford Ranger

Belltech (KW automotive North America, Inc.) warrants its suspension products to the original purchaser when they are bought from an Authorized Dealer in North America, and the terms run by product group. Hard parts — shackles, spindles, springs, flip kits, lowering kits, leveling kits, lift kits, sway bars and blocks — carry a Limited Lifetime warranty for as long as the purchaser owns the product, holds the original proof of purchase and the product stays on the vehicle it was originally bought for; dampers are excluded from that group. Bushings, bump stops, dust boots, Heim joints and ball joints are treated as wearable items and are warranted for three years from the date of purchase. Steel and forged aluminum control arms carry a three-year, unlimited mileage warranty, and Street Performance, Trail Performance and Nitro Drop 2 shocks and struts carry a three-year, unlimited mileage warranty. Street Performance and Trail Performance coilovers carry a five-year, unlimited mileage warranty, while Street Performance PLUS, Trail Performance PLUS and Belltech Stainless coilovers made by KW carry a Limited Lifetime warranty; on both coilover groups the wearable items above remain at three years. Every group requires that the vehicle has been operated under normal conditions. Within the applicable period Belltech will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace a product it confirms to be defective, and a repair or replacement does not extend the original period. Not covered: products that were not installed properly or were used contrary to the installation instructions; installation on vehicles Belltech does not list; crash damage, abuse, modifications, use of non-Belltech parts and lack of maintenance; incorrect dimensions or specifications supplied for special-order items; cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or corrosion; normal wear and tear including bearings, valve shims and seals; and damage from accident, flooding, water, flame or other external causes. Belltech does not warranty labor costs, and it is not liable for loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time or revenue or other consequential damages. To start a claim the original purchaser files a Customer Concern form at belltech.com/customerconcern with the requested detail. If the claim is approved and the product has to be sent back, Belltech issues an RMA number that must be marked on the outside of the box, and the product is returned to Belltech directly at the purchaser’s own expense, including shipping and the cost of removing and refitting the part. Packages shipped back without a visible RMA number are refused.
