JBA Performance Exhaust products are warranted by PerTronix, LLC to the original end user purchaser in the United States to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later — JBA sits in the longer of PerTronix's two warranty tiers. The remedy is repair or replacement of the defective product; the warranty does not cover the cost of removal or installation, though PerTronix pays return shipping of the product to the purchaser. Not covered: normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, negligence, damage caused by aftermarket applied coatings, discoloration or corrosion of finished surfaces, and damage resulting from collision, improper installation, off-road use, road hazards, the use of exhaust insulating wrap or like products, or rust occurring after installation. Coverage applies only to product purchased from PerTronix or its authorized sellers in the United States. Claims are made directly to PerTronix at techs@pertronix.com or (913) 808-2376 (Mon–Fri, 8AM–6:30PM CT), with the product in question, a description of the alleged defect, the date and place of purchase, proof of purchase, and pictures or video.
