Manufacturer's Warranty — KONI
KONI North America LLC backs new KONI shock absorbers and suspension kits with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser, for use in the United States and Canada, against defects in materials and workmanship — for as long as that purchaser owns the vehicle, registered for street use, on which they were originally installed. Not covered: mounting hardware and bushings; units not purchased new by the current owner; improper installation or modification; units bent or broken from abuse; vehicles modified beyond their originally intended use; applications not listed in KONI's published literature; any vehicle used for racing, off-road, or driving competition; and units exported outside the United States or Canada. KONI will repair or replace a unit accepted under warranty at no charge; installation labor is not covered, and outbound and return postage are prepaid by the purchaser. Claims are submitted through the dealer the units were purchased from — so if you bought it here, contact PitStopTuning and we'll obtain the RGA and handle the claim with KONI for you.
Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may change. Contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.
