PERRIN Performance (ASMC, LTD.) warrants PERRIN and ALTA Performance products against defects in material and workmanship for sixty (60) months from the date of purchase. Coverage runs to the original retail purchaser who owns the titled vehicle the part was first installed on, and applies to passenger-car use for the product's intended purpose. Cosmetics and coatings are excluded, as is any product used in racing or off-road vehicles (except products designated for off-road use), installed by anyone other than a qualified licensed mechanic, modified or repaired by anyone other than ASMC personnel, damaged by misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation, or sold or used outside the United States. On exhaust products the warranty is void if header wrap is installed or if aftermarket gaskets are used — OEM Subaru or Toyota gaskets only — and missing splash-guard installation also voids coverage. PERRIN may repair, exchange, or refund the purchase price at its sole discretion. A claim requires a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number obtained from PERRIN; the product is then sent at the purchaser's expense, with the sales receipt and a description of the defect, to ALTA and PERRIN Performance c/o Warranty Service, Hillsboro, Oregon.
