Manufacturer's Warranty — Roush
ROUSH warrants ROUSH® retail parts and accessories — including exhaust systems and air induction systems — against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser from an Authorized ROUSH Performance Dealer, and proof of purchase is required. ROUSH® wheels are covered separately — the finish is warranted for the earlier of one year or 12,000 miles (19,500 km). ROUSHcharger® / supercharger kits 421432, 421435, 421542, 421984, 422184 and 422337 carry a parts-only 3 year / 36,000 mile (60,000 km) warranty from the date of original installation, limited to ROUSH® components and to the original vehicle owner; it is not transferable, and it is void without premium fuel of at least 91 octane (R+M)/2 or with oil-change intervals longer than 5,000 miles. Some supercharger kits also offer an optional Limited Powertrain Warranty sold separately — ask before you buy. You must register the part online within 30 days of the installation date on your service order for any of this coverage to activate. ROUSH services its own parts: open a case at 1-800-59-ROUSH (1-800-597-6874) or rppcase@roush.com before any work begins, because unauthorised work may not be paid. ROUSH covers the part only — installation and removal labour are not covered, and neither is sound, which ROUSH does not warrant because it is subjective. Also excluded are normal wear and improper installation, road hazards, abuse and neglect, racing and overloading, altering or disassembling the part, non-ROUSH® approved components such as headers or converters, and caustic cleaners on painted, vinyl-striped or metal-finished surfaces. Appearance change is excluded by design — 409 stainless discolours and black-painted exhaust tips fade with thermal cycling, and neither is a warrantable defect. Coverage is valid in the United States and Canada and is governed by the laws of Michigan. Installing aftermarket parts may affect an OE warranty.
Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may change. Full details and claims are handled directly by Roush. Contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.
