The remedy is replacement of the broken or missing parts, sent free of charge, rather than exchange of the complete mirror. Color trim kits, bezel and cap kits and mirror clamps are components of the mirror and fall under the same coverage. Have your name, address and phone number, the part number, proof of purchase, the purchase date and a description of the problem ready when you file.
