Turbosmart warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase (or the regional legal minimum, whichever is greater). Coverage applies to products bought from a Turbosmart Authorized Dealer; a dated proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number are required for any claim. If a product is found defective, Turbosmart will repair or replace it at its discretion — this is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy, and special, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded. Damage from misuse or abnormal use is not covered.
