All Vibrant Performance products carry a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship only. Coverage periods vary by product category — Vibrant does not publish a single term for the whole line, so check with us or with Vibrant for the part you are buying. The product must be installed so it is protected from external and internal physical damage and must be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations; Vibrant is not liable for failures caused by improper installation or handling, and coverage is voided if the product is installed on a commercial vehicle. Vibrant's sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective product after inspection by a Vibrant representative, and the warranty makes no allowance for labor claims — costs to remove the defective part or re-install the replacement, and damage to the engine or any other part of the vehicle caused by the defective product, are not covered. A written Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required: anything returned to Vibrant for warranty without an RGA number is refused and returned to sender. Original proof of purchase must be presented with any claim.
